"More than Jiu-Jitsu, it's about transforming lives."

Each training session is an opportunity for technical, mental, and personal development. With dedication, respect, and method, Professor Daniel Rego guides his students to achieve their best on and off the mat.

Legacy in Motion

Daniel has spent more than three decades on the mat.
Thirty-one years teaching, competing, and shaping people across four continents.

He began young, in SΓ£o Paulo, where the cold floor of the academies taught him the value of discipline.
From there, his dream took him to Madrid, Bordeaux, Washington, and Miami.
He carried Jiu-Jitsu with him, but also purpose.

He trained entire generations, from children in social projects to world champions.
He created the β€œMartial Art in Public Schools” project, believing that Jiu-Jitsu could change realities before it changed postures.
While teaching, he kept competing.
He collected titles, but more than medals, he collected stories.

He became a six-time SΓ£o Paulo State Champion.
World Champion, Pan-American Champion, and leader in the IBJJF ranking.
He received the sixth degree on his black belt, a symbol of over thirty years of dedication to an art that demands more than strength, it demands soul.

He carries the lineage of great masters Marcelo and FlΓ‘vio Behring, and the responsibility to represent a tradition that began before him and will continue after.
Today, he is recognized not only as an athlete but as a reference.
A teacher who understands that each student is a new chapter of this story.

And as time moves forward, Daniel remains where it all began.
On the mat. Guiding. Teaching. Transforming.
